Summer is here and the beaches are popping. Speaking of beaches, here's something you haven't heard it awhile......Home sales of beachfront/waterfront properties are up!! We have been saying it for months, "Now is the Time to Invest in a Home" and it seems the Smart Money agrees. 4th of July in Florida!

Cities all across America Celebrate the 4th of July, but the Fireworks in Florida are rather special. Imagine your toes in the sand with a picnic on the beach & the Fireworks above.....or kicking back on the banks of the rivers watching the show and listening to live music....or joining tens of thousands at the major fireworks in Orlando and that's not to mention the Superb Celebrations at the theme parks. One of my favorites was in a boat in the middle of Lake Dora a few years ago, it was like a scene out of the movies. Hope everyone made a few memories this 4th all across America.
