Has been a busy month. Have a pending sale in Trails West of Deland, a very nice community with mature trees and homes. New construction is showing signs of life as people are finding some foreclosures are less than desireable and comparing to building new, the monetary spread between the resale and new is closer than it has ever been.

Leggoland is coming to Florida, man....it's amazing what they can build with Leggo's! Must say the county has been doing a better job on keeping the beaches clean, went for a beach bicycle ride and everything was super clean. Adios!
