LOW INTEREST & PRICES WON'T LAST FOREVER!

Read the headline above from an article while waiting in the Doctors Office. It continued "If you are serious about a new home, moving up to a larger home or downsizing there won't be a better opportunity in our lifetime". That one sentence just about wraps up the millions of words that are being broadcast on news and cable stations..........No need to add anything else. I remember getting 9.5% interest on a home loan thinking I had made the deal of the century. No one knows when the window of opportunity will begin closing on the great rates and low prices. It isn't going to happen overnight, but I believe the first change we will see is the number of "quality homes" being offered at incredible prices, then the surplus inventory will move to homes that need a little TLC to those that need remodeling and that will leave many people wishing they had at least taken a serious look now. America always bounces back...........
